Who is responsible

This website is operated by Kamil Wojenkowski, an independent IAM and identity security consultant based in Brussels, Belgium.

What this site collects

This is a static portfolio site. It does not use contact forms, accounts, newsletters, or marketing cookies.

When you visit the site, Cloudflare (our hosting provider) may process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps. This is used to deliver the site securely and reliably.

The site self-hosts the Inter typeface. No third-party font requests are made when pages load.

If you choose to email me or connect on LinkedIn, I process the information you provide (such as your name, email address, and message content) to respond to your enquiry.

Why we process data

Site delivery and security: legitimate interest in operating and protecting this website.

Responding to enquiries: legitimate interest and, where relevant, steps prior to entering a contract for freelance services.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

How long we keep data

Server logs are retained according to Cloudflare's policies.

Emails and business correspondence are kept only as long as needed for the enquiry, contractual relationship, or legal obligations.

Who we share data with

Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery.

Google — font delivery when you load the site.

LinkedIn — only if you follow a link to my LinkedIn profile; their privacy policy then applies.

We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing of your personal data.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / APD): https://www.dataprotectionauthority.be/

To exercise your rights, email contact@kamilwojenkowski.com.

International transfers

Some providers listed above may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, they rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
